• User Input: When you enter meal preferences, dietary restrictions, and meal planning information into the App, this data is stored locally on your device to provide personalized meal planning features.
• Local Storage: Your meal plans, preferences, shopping lists, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate our own servers and do not store your data externally.
• No Account Required: We do not require registration or collect names, email addresses, or other identifiers unless you provide them voluntarily inside free text fields.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's functionality: creating personalized meal plans, managing shopping lists, and organizing your family's meal planning.

3. Third Parties

• Apple Inc. processes data related to downloads, in-app purchases, and subscriptions through the App Store.

4. International Data Transfers

Since your data is stored locally on your device and we do not operate external servers, international data transfers are minimal. Apple processes App Store related data which may involve transfers to the USA under appropriate safeguards.

5. Legal Basis

Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (“performance of a contract”), as the processing is necessary to provide the App’s core functionality.
